Movement Session

Date:     Tuesday 24 November 2020
Time:     1340 – 1355

Facilitated by Jeremy Maher from The Forbes Collection, this session will provide the boost of energy needed after a morning of seated screen time. It will get your blood flowing, your body moving (maybe in some ways it hasn’t moved before!), and will recharge your brain to allow you to optimise your performance and get the most out of your day.


Virtual Yoga Session

Marty Coles of Power Living has been coaching sport and involved in health and fitness for over 15 years. After years of soccer his dodgy knee brought him to yoga, and what started as a rehab/stretch, became an integral part of his life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Marty’s path is a spiritual one and his practice centres around how to find a deeper connection through the ancient wisdom of yoga. Marty offers a strong physical practice whilst delivering a powerful message, with plenty of fun. He values enthusiasm, compassion and authenticity. His aim is to inspire students to leave their mats after class and continue the practice in their daily lives.


Meditation Session

Meditation is an effortless cerebral process that stimulates the full potential of the mind and triggers deep recovery and rejuvenation from stress. In this session, a meditation expert will take you through a journey of calming the mind and finding rhythm in the breath.
